- ➤ Isaiah Neal—a Lawrence teen shot outside his family’s townhome on June 13, 2024—would have turned 18 on May 14 and his loved ones gathered at Holcom Park to celebrate his life while authorities prepare for a trial of 19-year-old Cir Allen Keith Glover, who is charged with first-degree murder and has a pretrial hearing set for Tuesday ahead of a trial scheduled for July 7—11.
