- ➤ Kansas Geological Survey released two new maps—‘Surface Topography of Kansas: Elevation Hillshade’ and ‘Surface Topography of Kansas: Elevation Contours and Hydrography’—that show elevation changes from 676 ft to 4,039 ft using color-coded shading & contour lines.
