Monarch Watch invites the community to its free outdoor open house with garden tours and tagging demos on Saturday, Sept.12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at KU's west campus and a monarch tagging event on Saturday, Sept.19 from 8 a.m. to noon at Baker Wetlands Discovery Center.
A new mural designed by KU students will be unveiled at Watson Library’s The Kettle on Thursday, Sept.

The University of Kansas has announced 15 faculty members from the Lawrence and KU Medical Center campuses as winners of its annual teaching awards.

Moilie, a pit bull and American bulldog mix who raised 11 puppies, remains available for adoption at the Lawrence Humane Society after the Clear the Shelter event from Aug.
