Good morning, Lawrence.

Barricades at the DoubleTree Hotel will be taken down and watch parties are set on Mass Street.
🎭 Culture
A.D. Boynton and Mercedes Lucero will launch their zine 'American Reclamation' on Friday, July 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Raven Book Store (809 Massachusetts St) and host an open mic night to spark discussion on renaming Douglas County to honor abolitionist Frederick Douglass.
🎓 Education
KU professor Michael Vitevitch led a study on lip reading that shows one-third of English words appear similar to at least one other when spoken.
