- ➤ Hundreds of No Kings protesters gathered in Watson Park Saturday to reject authoritarianism and show what true democracy looks like. Many moved on to South Park for the Juneteenth celebration when the event ended early — local law enforcement had minimal presence in Lawrence. The Lawrence Times
