A University of Kansas choir including students, faculty, and staff will perform Mozart at Corpus Christi Catholic Church at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 3.
The free concert features Mozart’s 'Requiem' and 'Ave Verum Corpus' and will be led by visiting professor Wolfgang Reisinger (born in Vienna).
Lawrence's first Free State Book Festival will take place on Sunday, May 3 at the Lawrence Public Library.
Co-hosted by the Library and Raven Book Store along with local authors and poets, the event will feature live music at 12:45 p.m. + has a rain date set for May 31.
