Lawrence Police responded to a call at Free State High School around 12:25 p.m. after a driver reported a person in camouflage carrying what appeared to be a gun; officials later confirmed it was a water gun used in a senior prank and classes resumed at 12:40 p.m.

Lawrence Art Center’s Hang12 members unveiled 32 new art pieces above parking spots at the New Hampshire Street garage on April 28.
