Rice Woodland Trail will open at Baldwin Woods Forest Preserve on April 25 from 10 a.m. to noon, featuring a ribbon—cutting ceremony and a performance by KU choreographers.

Visitors can explore the trail and speak with ecologists at the trailhead in Baldwin City.

Lawrence is getting ready for the World Cup as Team Algeria sets up its base camp, with a resource fair held yesterday at the Carnegie Building & a business readiness event scheduled at the Oread Hotel Monday, April 13.
