  • Research from the University of Kansas published Monday, Apr. 6 showed that the JOBS Act pushed startups toward dual-track exits (favoring acquisitions over IPOs) instead of the intended public offerings, and the Senate will soon review plans to expand those reforms with the INVEST Act.  University of Kansas

  • Fifty-seven KU students received a $1,000 Undergraduate Research Award from the Center for Undergraduate Research & Fellowships this spring, supporting their mentored research projects.
