- ➤ University of Kansas physics and astronomy postdoc Hayley Beltz won a NASA Hubble Prize Fellowship (making her the first KU scientist in 36 years to receive the award) and will use the funding to research exoplanet magnetic fields while mentoring students and attending conferences.
