ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • A virtual public hearing on March 5 will allow Evergy customers in Kansas to discuss proposed investments in two gas plants and a solar facility, with decisions expected by July 7.  KCTV

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The city dismissed a discrimination lawsuit against a Lawrence apartment complex after reaching a settlement, regarding the complex's initial refusal to rent to a woman with a housing voucher.  The Lawrence Times
