- ➤ Lawrence members can collect free seed packets at Public Library’s Seed Library, open 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 until April — with planting instructions. - ➤ 20-50 residents living in tents near Burcham Park were forced to leave on Wednesday, Feb. 4, when the Kansas Turnpike Authority cleared the area after a private complaint.
