Last Friday, Brad Allen, executive director of the Lawrence Public Library, met with community partners, staff, and volunteers to plan the library’s first master plan in two decades, discussing ideas for improved seating, intergenerational spaces, and addressing safety and budget concerns while hiring a New York consultant to create improvements.

College GameDay returned to Allen Fieldhouse Saturday morning as hundreds camped overnight in freezing weather to secure spots for the ESPN broadcast.
