Off-Site Art Space hosts a posthumous exhibition celebrating textile artist Becky Johnson, featuring communal weaving on her programmed floor loom.
The gallery is open 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday (closing reception Friday, Jan. 30, 5 to 8 p.m.) where visitors help create a lasting piece for her family.

Alex Red Corn will serve as Haskell Indian Nations University's temporary president as the search for a permanent leader continues.

New research from the University of Kansas shows that taller, leaner golfers with greater jumping ability generated faster swings, according to tests conducted on Monday, Jan.
26. The study (with 21 golfers) created load velocity profiles to help coaches plan strength and power training.
